We’ve successfully moved your email from Gmail to Microsoft 365 Outlook. Please follow the steps below to access your mailbox.
We’ll start out directing you towards your Outlook “Cloud App” – which should already be set up for the most part, and look the most similar (at the outset) to your GMail view. This will give you a way to most quickly get to your email, so you can still communicate while getting familiar with your more comprehensive Outlook Desktop App:
Once you’ve got critical access to your email (via the Outlook Cloud App), then you’ll want to check out the other areas to help you get familiar with the Outlook Desktop App and the Outlook Mobile App, to get full functionality of your email:
