Instructions To Access Your Outlook “Desktop App”
Here are two links to the primary Outlook Tutorial/Help areas – but we’ll also create an outline of what we feel are the most important links to get you all up and running the quickest. Feel free to click either of these two links though, to get to the more full and robust ‘how to’ areas for expanded sections and details:
*NOTE: The to ‘primary’ sections bulleted above contain similar information – but not exactly the same. This is due to there being several versions and sub-versions of Outlook in the field now. Ie, if you can’t find what you’re looking for in one section – it’s probably in the other one.

Outlook Desktop App
- Open the Outlook app on your computer. (Click the Windows Icon in the bottom left-hand of the taskbar, search Outlook.)
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 email (*username*@*domain*.com) and password.
- If prompted, approve the login using your phone (multi-factor authentication).
